2.2 Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and up‑to‑date information.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account.

3.2 Account Termination

Output generated by our AI assistant is provided for your use; however, we make no ownership claims over new works or derivatives you create based on that output.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and responsible manner.

5.1 Prohibited Uses

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or spam
• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Using the Service for fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Sharing your account credentials with others

6. Payment Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perplexiyty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee error‑free operation or specific outcomes.

8.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the six months immediately before the claim arose.
